Covid-19 information for contractorsMarch 24, 2020
March 24 2020 – All MHP property managers, facilities managers and other staff are currently working from home and available via mobile phone or email.
As a result of the national Covid-19 alert Level 4 restrictions, all new non-essential works have ceased as at 17:00, Monday 23 March 2020. Works that have started and require completion (for example to ensure building systems operate correctly and the site is left in a safe and tidy condition) must be completed by 16:00, Tuesday 24t March 2020.
If you receive a WO for non-essential works via MHP after this time, please raise the work order and contact the relevant Facilities Manager to discuss this further.
Where applicable, please ensure you wear PPE gear when attending any sites and ensure you pre-arrange access with the site contact.
Essential works that are deemed to be Compliance / Fire Life Safety related etc, can continue in line with your building compliance requirements until Alert Level 4 status is activated, and then only if your business is deemed to be “essential” as set out by the government.
